1st Annaul Commemoration of the Declaration of World Peace
A Cloudy Day,
I was take part in IPYG activity at UN Peace Park.
When I arrived,
I can see many people were gathered at the Memorial Tower of the UN Park
I guess famous actor like Jackie chan would come and give a message to his fans
so, I was so curious about the person. So I had come to the front of stage and listen his
message.
At that time, I can find a Chairman who speakes with intensive intonation
It's ceremony day is 1st Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of World
Peace by the banner of the stage
the Chairman stood at the stage as main speaker in front of many crowded people
He strongly emphasized worldpeace must be achieved in our world first so that
God can reign his world.
he requested to audience at the park "Come and be advocate of Peace!"
and also he tells about his episode of his worldtour of peace to the participants
The main point of his episode is, He met a lot of worldleaders, monks, Immam
and suggest them be the part of peacemovement, then they were very pleased
with his suggestion and signed written agreement of Peace
Furthermore, he will be held Conference called
"the summit for the world alliance of religions for peace"
I was very surprised of his message
I've never listened that kind of message and that behavior above.
What an Amazing thing happened in this world!
All worldleaders will come to Korea!
There are many peace activist and organization in the world
But they cannot give peace to the world and their actions were temporarily
And recall the memory of history in the past, there is no one trying to achieve
Peace with conversation and Peaceful Communication
In history of world. There are so many wars in the world.
The reason why War generated is almost the difference of people's thinking
and religious position
After his message, Many people were wavering their national flags and give
cheers to Him
I think If worldpeace would be achived completely in this world, All people in the
World were celebrating and Give Cheers to God and each other
In Ceremony, Many youth organization gives a celebration by video to Host
I can feel many people want to have peace in the world.
After ceremony, White Suite person come down from the stage. And leads
Walkathon around Busan
I also participated in Peace Walkothon and wavering national flag with my friend
I feel so strong about ceremony and walkathon
How can I support to worldpeace?
Peace must be achieved at this wonderful era! Please!

The International Youth Walk for World Peace and Restoration, 25 May 2013

On the 25th of May 2013, between 15:00 and 17:00, an unprecedented event was staged in the vicinity of the Seoul Olympic Park, built for the Korean Olympics in 1988, blocking three lanes of one of the busiest roads in the bustling South Korean Capital, Seoul.

Youth representatives from many nations gathered to walk in the International Youth Group Walk for World Peace and Restoration, signifying their commitment to working towards the cessation of war. This campaign was birthed from the desire to see the youth of the world united under the cause of making world peace a reality. Hosted by the International Peace Youth Group, the event was attended by over 100 associated organizations from over 50 different nations, including youth leaders from Portugal, Greece, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Jordan, Belarus and Columbia. Together with over 27,000 local youth and citizens of Korea, they made a declaration of peace.

The 1.5km walk was divided into seven sections, representing each of the seven continents. The message of the event was clear: participants traversed a representation of the world, crossing the five oceans and seven continents, arriving in the Republic of Korea – the place where world peace is being fulfilled.

Amongst the 27,000 participants, approximately 5,000 foreigners residing in Korea were bused in, in 87 busses from all around the peninsula to participate in the peace walk.

Despite the difference of nationality and age, the mind and heart of the youth that participated in this event were the same, wishing to see world peace become something their generation can enjoy. “I wish the people of the world would love and be aware of peace like we are. The people of the world must realize that peace is needed not only in the Korean peninsula but also in Belarus and the whole world”, said Dol Anastasiya from Belarus who is the representative of Youth Peace Group of Belarus. Atif Javaid from the UK commented on the event as follows “it is a wakeup call for world leaders, the public does not want war but wants to become family and we are taking action to make it come true”.

The spectacular event was aired live to the world via Internet broadcast. The story of the day’s remarkable events was covered by multiple news agencies around Korea, and there were13 press releases covering the walk in International 10 different countries.

I always reach the limits of my patience while I'm doing training. Sometimes I feel like my muscles burst out, being breathless, and sometimes I just want to fall down and give up everything. At these moments, some words come around my mind. "This is enough", "I would continue next time". These temptations make me to give up on everything I've done; however, if i give up at then, it is nothing more than that I've never tried. Even though you bring up water to 99, it never boils if it doesn't reach one more degree.The one last degree that makes water boils. That is what you need to endure. That is what you need to overcome to go on to the world that I've been wanted to get in.
