Independence Movement Day (March 1) commemorates a 1919 civil uprising against Japan's colonial rule in Korea.
During that time, many youth people were oppressed and killed against Japan's colonial rule.
We should not lose sight of that.
Especially, young people ought to be proud of them and we should follow the their mind.
Also, we should not forget the our history. and we must try not to wars anymore.

I always reach the limits of my patience while I'm doing training. Sometimes I feel like my muscles burst out, being breathless, and sometimes I just want to fall down and give up everything. At these moments, some words come around my mind. "This is enough", "I would continue next time". These temptations make me to give up on everything I've done; however, if i give up at then, it is nothing more than that I've never tried. Even though you bring up water to 99, it never boils if it doesn't reach one more degree.The one last degree that makes water boils. That is what you need to endure. That is what you need to overcome to go on to the world that I've been wanted to get in.
